The brief
The biohacking space is dominated by influencers selling stacks and brands selling hope. BiologicalX is built on a different premise: most readers do not need another hero protocol, they need clearer information, free tools that do the math, and an honest read on which vendors to trust.
What we cover
- Longevity, healthspan, and biological age.
- Sleep architecture, recovery, and HRV.
- Cognition, focus, and nootropic stacks.
- Metabolism, GLP-1s, glucose, and body composition.
- Hormones across life stages.
- Fitness, performance, and VO2 max.
- Wearables, lab panels, and continuous monitoring.
How we source
Every efficacy claim on BiologicalX links to a primary source: peer-reviewed study (DOI), registered trial (NCT), or named regulatory document. We tag article evidence strength using a four-tier scale (robust, moderate, preliminary, insufficient) and surface study counts on the article header. When a claim is editorial opinion, we say so.
Byline policy
Articles are published under the BiologicalX Research byline, not individual names. The team is credentialed; the organization is accountable. That is the trust model.
How we make money
Affiliate links and the newsletter. We do not sell our own products and we never publish a vendor recommendation we have not used or independently vetted. Every page that contains affiliate links carries a visible FTC-compliant disclosure. Compensation does not influence which vendors we recommend; trust-score methodology is published on every vendor page.
Not medical advice
Everything on BiologicalX is educational. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any intervention.
